Preschool Fun
I love my new job! As some of you know I have the privilege of working as a Preschool Director for 3-5 yr olds. It has been a great job for me. I am loving the new mission field I have. The adult interaction has also been a huge plus for this homeschooling mommie. I love the ladies I work with and the friendships I am forming. This opportunity was definitely a sweet kiss from God.
For Fall Fest our entire preschool team dressed as characters from Toy Story 3. I loved having my picture made with a precious Woody.
Pun'kin Carvin'
My sweet Hubby is a master pumpkin carver. He has so much patience with the kids and truly tries to help them accomplish all of their ideas. Although, he was not up for creating a Yoda Pumpkin this year. He convinced the kiddos that an AU pumpkin would be so much better.
Homeschool History Fair
Each year our local homeschool group, SHAPE, host a History Fair. Last year when all three of my kiddos were at home we were all about Egypt. This year we teamed up with one of our favoite families and learned all about TN. This is great for me, because the other mommie loves history and was willing to teach this unit. The kids worked really hard on all their display items. As families came by to admire their work our kiddos filled them full of interesting facts they learned about TN. At some point it even appeared the on lookers were being held hostage.
The kiddos have already asked what we will do for next year!
Chihuly at Cheekwood
My family loves Cheekwood. Thankfully my Mother-in-Law has a family pass. Our favorite time of the year to visit is always the Spring. Flowers are blooming, tadpoles are swarming in the ponds and the grass is begging you to roll around in it. But, thanks to Chihuly we had an amazing fall night enjoying all of the glass sculptures. This was a great time to play around with my new camera. I am learning trial and error are my best tutor.

Great Movies
Ok, I try to pass along a few recommendations when I get the chance. I have recently seen two great movies from Netflix. Both of these movies are wonderful Christian stories, very uplifting and great story lines.

Two years ago this week my family and I were in a serious car crash. Wow! God has blessed us so much through this time and since this time. I was in a hospital bed in my home for several weeks. Thankfully, Maggie only hurt her eye and Ben strained his neck. I have a beautiful scar with a plate and four screws in my hip. But , you know me I love having a good story to tell!
Flashback for Fun!
This photo was taken about 6 years ago in San Antonio, Tx. Daniel is in a gown because he was being dedicated. All of the grand kids have been dedicated in this beautiful gown my Mother-In-Law made. She and her best friend made the outfits for Maggie and Joseph.
